The opioid potency of PiPtapentadol is roughly between morphine and tramadol, and the analgesic efficacy is comparable to oxycodone with fewer side effects. Opioid receptor activation dosage: 50 mg of piptapentadol corresponds to 10 mg of oxycodone (oral).
