Delivery information

Delivery is carried out from Hong Kong or India. In the EU, delivery is carried out from our reseller, which is located in the Netherlands and Switzerland.

All our packages are carefully packed and shipped unmarked by DPD, POST NL, UPS, DHL, POSTNLTRACKED, EMS.
Orders are shipped daily on business days. Most packages are shipped by Discreet Shipping by default.

Replacement, Refunds

We provide one time replacements and refunds for tracked items if a package is lost or returned due to transit issues. Orders to invalid addresses are not re-sent. Replacements due to customer(s) error are available with a refund and re-delivery fee. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it and ship your order again.

We provide free shipping for orders of $200 or more.

Your personal information such as name, address, email address and phone number will be provided to our courier delivery personnel only for the purpose of processing and delivery of your order.

We never make mistakes in dosage and naming of the product, each package goes through several stages of verification before shipment. But in case of disputes you can always contact our customer service [email protected], [email protected].

We do not guarantee delivery to the UK, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Singapore, Russia, Ukraine.

We do not ship illegal or controlled items and can always refuse to process your order.
