Can I get a small sample?

– Unfortunately we do not have the ability to package free samples. Providing free samples will affect the logistics and pricing of our product.

I can’t find my order, I placed it a few days(weeks) ago?

-You can always track your order and check the estimated delivery time on the courier delivery page and track code. We can’t affect the speed of delivery of your parcel, in the end your parcel will reach you.

Do you do stealth shipping?

-All our orders are packed by default in “neutral” envelopes with a material safety data sheet depending on the destination country if they are required in the destination country, delivery from a neutral addressee. No marking of the company name. We do stealth shipping.

Do you resend my order if my package is lost, expired?

-We resend your order if your order has been lost. Please contact our customer service [email protected] we will find a solution.

Do you ship to all countries?
