25B-NBOH or 2C-B-NBOH (NBOH-2C-B) is a psychedelic drug of the phenethylamine class developed as a substitute for 25B-NBOMe and has its main properties, except that it has a shorter duration of action. 25B-NBOH belongs to the 2C-B family of phenethylamine drugs first synthesized in 2011 by Martin Hansen, and structurally 25B-NBOH is a serotonergic N-benzyl derivative of the psychedelic substituted phenethylamine 2C-B. Drugs in this chain have effects when taken sublingually.
25B-NBOH is a potent 5-HT2A receptor agonist.
This drug is still poorly studied and little is known about its pharmacological and toxicological properties.
