Rac N-Benzyl-N-desmethyl Tramadol-d3 (RBTD3) has a common structure with Tramadol and is synthesized from tramadol, where it reacts with benzyl chloride to form a benzylated tramadol derivative, then reacts with N-desmethyl tramadol and then we get the final product.
